**Job Title: All-Rounder Chef**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Food Preparation and Cooking**:
1. Prepare ingredients, cook, and present dishes across **Indian and Chinese cuisine**.

2. Adapt to different styles and cuisines as required by the menu.

3. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

**Quality and Hygiene Standards**:
1. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.

2. Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.

3. Monitor food storage, stock rotation, and minimize waste.

**Team Support and Training**:
1. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

2. Train and mentor junior staff as required.

3. Communicate effectively with management.

**Inventory and Stock Management**:
1. Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ensuring adequate supplies.

2. Report stock shortages or equipment issues to the management team.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Proven experience in various sections of a professional kitchen.

Broad knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.

Ability to adapt quickly to different roles and tasks.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.
