**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared with the highest quality ingredients and attention to detail.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.

**Station Management**:

- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen dedicated to Continental cuisine.
- Ensure the station is well-stocked and organized, maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.

**Menu Development**:

- Assist in the development and refinement of Continental menu items.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance the menu.
- Provide input on menu changes and specials.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor the quality of ingredients and prepared dishes.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address any issues related to food quality promptly.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

**Inventory Management**:

- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Minimize waste and manage resources efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
