**Location**: 3-Star Hotel, Manali, Himachal Pradesh

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Indian meals with emphasis on North Indian specialties.
- Cook popular Chinese recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Develop and serve Continental breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, cereals, salads, and beverages.
- Assist in planning daily menus and special dishes for guests.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards (FSSAI compliance).
- Manage ingredients, minimize waste, and support cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
- Train junior kitchen staff in basic food preparation and presentation.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
- Expertise in Indian cuisine with hands-on knowledge of Chinese and Continental breakfast.
- Strong understanding of portion control, food presentation, and taste balance.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak tourist seasons.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and passionate about culinary excellence.
