Tandoor Cook

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of **tandoori items** such as tandoori roti, naan, kebabs, tikkas, and grilled specialties.
- Ensure **timely preparation** of dishes during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Maintain **cleanliness and organization** in the tandoor section and kitchen area.
- Monitor and manage **tandoor temperature** for consistent cooking results.
- Follow **standard recipes** and maintain food quality and portion control.
- Assist in **menu planning** and suggest new tandoori or regional dishes.
- Ensure **freshness of ingredients** and proper storage of food items.
- Comply with **hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.**:

- Coordinate with **head chef and kitchen team** for smooth kitchen operations.
- Handle kitchen equipment carefully and report any maintenance issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-4 years** of experience as a Tandoori Cook in a hotel or restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of **North Indian and Punjabi cuisine.**:

- Ability to work in **fast-paced** kitchen environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must maintain **personal hygiene and grooming standards.**:

- Should be **punctual, disciplined, and reliable.**:

- Flexibility to work **long shifts (12 hours)** including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,999.00 - ₹14,999.00 per month
