Executive Chef required at Storii Urvashi’s Retreat, a 22 room boutique resort in Manali.

**Job description : -**
- Look after the kitchen store inventory and ensure its seamless maintenance
- Closely monitor and supervise food quality, presentation and preparation. Ensure the hotel’s food quality and standards are optimised
- Reduce wastage, monitor costing and vendor supplies in the best interest of the hotel
- Boost food sales as per the menu
- Ensure all plating and presentation is adhered to
- Actively cook and lead the rest of the chef team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
