HFG Entertainments is seeking a proactive and articulate Customer Support Executive to engage with players across the Play Store and App Store. You’ll be responsible for delivering prompt, professional replies to reviews and maintaining detailed feedback logs. Your analytical insights will help shape better player experiences and guide strategic decisions.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Respond to player feedback and reviews across mobile platforms in a clear, empathetic tone.
- Ensure user replies reflect brand identity and address concerns thoughtfully.
- Escalate critical or recurring issues to internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain and analyze review data, identifying sentiment trends, common bugs, and feature requests.
- Use dashboards or spreadsheets to report patterns in feedback to inform product updates.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and marketing teams to align responses with current game updates.
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights and user engagement metrics.
- **Skills & Qualifications**_
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- High emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
- Experience with Excel or other tools for basic data analysis is a plus.
- Prior experience in mobile app support or gaming preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹217,164.00 per year
