Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Location: Chennai (Perungulathur)

Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹3.8 LPA

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Technical Support (Customer Support with a technical inclination also considered)

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Cab Window: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Cab Boundary: Up to 35 kilometers

Job Description:

We are looking for Technical Support Associates to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in technical or customer support roles with a strong technical understanding. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical and customer support queries via call or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Provide step-by-step assistance to customers for problem resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work effectively in rotational or night shifts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in technical or customer support (voice or non-voice).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.
  • Candidates residing within 35 km of Perungulathur preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350, ₹380,000.00 per year
