Zen Business Solutions is looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho One Expert with expertise in Deluge coding to join our innovative team. As a Zoho One Expert, you will be responsible for optimizing our Zoho One platform to streamline business processes, improve productivity, and achieve organizational goals. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility of working from home with a full-time workload.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and integrate Zoho One modules, including CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Books, and Creator, utilizing Deluge coding where necessary.
- Conduct system audits, data analysis, and user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Zoho One functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Zoho One solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Stay informed about Zoho One updates, new features, and best practices, including advancements in Deluge scripting, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Zoho One Expert or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of successful Zoho One implementations using Deluge scripting.
- Familiarity with customization, automation, and integration capabilities within the Zoho One platform, leveraging Deluge scripting.
- Strong understanding of business processes, data management, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
