**About Yogamu**

Yogamu is an international leader in online education, vocational training, and integrative health. With thousands of students across the U.S., UK, Australia, and India, we are scaling fast — and need a **dedicated Zoho guru** to power our internal operations.

We already use Zoho One across multiple companies, including our yoga school, allied health college, integrative clinics, and university initiatives. Now we want a **dedicated in-house Zoho expert** to manage, scale, and optimize it all.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re hiring a **100% Zoho expert** who knows:

- **Zoho CRM inside and out** (custom modules, workflows, scoring rules, automations)
- **Zoho Campaigns, Creator, Flow, Books, Sign, and Subscriptions**:

- **Deluge scripting**:

- **API integration with external systems (e.g. WordPress, LMS, WhatsApp, Twilio, etc.)**:

- Real-time dashboards and reporting
- Ability to build intelligent automation and trigger-based logic

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM for Yogamu and sister companies (TerraMD, WalkNorth, etc.)
- Create automations, workflows, and deal pipelines for sales, support, and onboarding
- Connect Zoho with external platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, LifterLMS, Moodle, etc.)
- Build out custom dashboards and real-time KPIs
- Manage user roles, security, and team access
- Help design and implement cross-brand subscription systems
- Troubleshoot and support internal users

**Required Skills**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One
- Experience with **Deluge scripting**:

- Solid understanding of sales workflows, automation logic, and CRM data management
- Ability to plan, test, and deploy workflows independently
- Excellent written and spoken English

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience integrating with WhatsApp APIs, LMS platforms, or lead-gen tools
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling tools (e.g. Zoho Bookings or Acuity)
- Experience with support/ticketing systems and AI chatbot workflows

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
