**CRM EXECUTIVE**
**Job Role**:
To carry out telecalling operations and direct them to the store in order to increase the prospective customers in the store.
- Accurately capture customer data (pre-purchase, conversion, footfall data, etc.) and identify the prospective customers.
- Connect with the assigned number of new/existing customers to invite them to the store events, campaigns, exhibitions, offers, etc.
- Ensure that all guest inquiries and complaints about the products and services of the Company are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responsible for making entries of customers in the CRM software by collecting pre-purchase data, store footfall count, reasons for non-conversion.
- Manage and follow up the database of wedding customers in order to close deals.
- Maintain a high degree of telephone etiquette to enhance shop image and convert prospects to customers through effective telemarketing skills.
