**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and driven **CRM Executive** to manage and convert leads for our solar solutions. The role involves handling inbound/outbound leads, nurturing customer relationships, managing 2 telecallers, and working towards **closing sales**. You’ll be a key link between marketing, sales, and after-sales teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:Lead Management & Conversion**
- Handle leads generated from telecalling, marketing campaigns, website, and field sales.
- Qualify leads, explain solar products/services, and convert potential customers into confirmed buyers.
- Track and follow up on all leads using CRM software.
**Telecaller Supervision**
- Supervise and guide a team of 2 telecallers.
- Allocate call lists, review daily call performance, and ensure quality conversations.
- Train and motivate the telecallers to generate qualified leads.
**CRM System Management**
- Maintain accurate customer data and interaction history in CRM.
- Track lead stages, follow-up schedules, and closures.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and team performance.
**Customer Interaction & Support**
- Communicate with potential and existing customers to answer queries, send quotations, and coordinate site visits.
- Build rapport with clients to promote long-term relationships.
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM, inside sales, or tele-sales (solar/renewable industry preferred).
- Strong verbal communication, sales negotiation, and team management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
