**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage & maintain CRM database, ensuring accuracy of customer information.
- Generate reports & dashboards for sales, marketing, and management teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaigns, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Provide CRM training & support to team members.
- Monitor and analyze customer data for insights and business growth.

**Key Skills Required**:

- CRM Tools: Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot / MS Dynamics (any one preferred)
- MS Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Problem-solving & analytical mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,098.57 - ₹20,000.00 per month
