**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for roles across different functions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand staffing needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Must be fluent in **Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in high-volume hiring or BPO/retail/field roles.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Cultural awareness of southern and northern Indian regions.
