**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide detailed information on programs, admissions criteria, and deadlines.

**Admissions Process Management**:

- Review and verify documentation to ensure eligibility and compliance.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups as required.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
- Provide personalized support to applicants, addressing concerns and queries.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant progress using CRM systems.

**Marketing & Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance admissions campaigns.
- Organize and participate in virtual open houses, webinars, and other promotional events.
- Share insights and feedback to improve recruitment and outreach strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
- Multilingual skills (a plus) for international outreach.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in the education sector or admissions.
- Knowledge of online learning platforms and digital marketing.

**Work Conditions**:

- Remote, flexible work hours.
- Performance-based compensation.

**Compensation**: Commission-based with performance incentives.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
