**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Senior AI Trainer** with 5-6 years of experience in training AI/ML systems through data annotation, content curation, and model evaluation. This role is critical in improving AI model performance, especially in natural language understanding, generation, and decision-making tasks. You will lead quality assurance efforts, guide junior trainers, and work closely with data science and product teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and manage data training workflows for AI models, especially in NLP or conversational AI.
- Annotate and review large volumes of data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and linguistic/cultural relevance.
- Analyze AI model behavior and provide structured feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, linguists) to align training strategies with product goals.
- Develop documentation, guidelines, and SOPs for annotation and feedback loops.
- Mentor and oversee junior AI trainers and ensure quality control.
- Monitor model outputs and drive continuous improvements based on evaluation metrics and user feedback.

**Requirements**:

- 5-6 years of experience in AI training, data annotation, content moderation, linguistic analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Psychology, Philosophy, or related domains. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP, LLMs, or chatbot systems.
- Proficient in using annotation tools (e.g., Prodigy, Labelbox, Scale AI, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or edge cases in data.
- Experience working with remote teams and in agile environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Python or scripting for data formatting and preprocessing.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Indian languages, are a strong plus.
- Prior experience with LLM-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard) is a plus.
- Experience in content quality evaluation, moderation, or editorial work.
