IT Helpdesk Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Support:
- Assist the IT project manager in planning, executing, and closing IT projects.
- Help create project time lines, schedules, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
2. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Track project deliverable and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Prepare project status reports for management.
3. Team Coordination:
- Coordinate between different project teams and departments to ensure project tasks are completed.
- Schedule and organize meetings, both internal and with external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing resources, including staff, equipment, and software licenses.
4. Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related queries.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including IT staff, management, vendors, and clients.
- Address project issues and escalate them to the project manager as needed.
5. Task Management:
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
- Help troubleshoot minor technical issues or coordinate with the IT team for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures.
6. Basic IT Support:
- Assist with minor IT tasks such as software installations, system configurations, or troubleshooting issues.
- Coordinate with the technical team for hardware or software procurement.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
(Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and work experience).
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support (experience in IT projects is a plus).
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and software.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, software, and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams etc.).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
