**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our Delivery team. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning their career in project coordination. The Junior Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

**Job Location and Address**:
This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating project activities and resources across departments.
- Support Project Managers in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting notes.
- Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
- Help identify project risks and escalate issues when needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Learn and adapt to project management tools and platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or project management software is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
