A Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and successfully. A Project Coordinator ensures that the project runs smoothly by providing essential support in planning, execution, communication, and documentation, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of projects

**Skills Required**:
**Project Management Tools**: Jira, Azure Boards, Asana, Trello or any recognized project management software.

**Agile & Scrum Methodologies**: Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

**Tools & Platforms**: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom.

**Project Planning & Execution**: Proficient in defining project scope, setting timelines, resource allocation, and driving project delivery

**Team Handling & Coordination**: Experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring task ownership, accountability, and productivity.

**Delivery & Quality Review**: Strong skills in monitoring progress, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with project goals

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Project Planning and Scheduling**
- **Assisting in Planning**: Support the Stakeholder & Business Analyst in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate schedules, ensuring that project activities are planned and aligned with overall project goals.

**2. Resource Management**
- **Resource Allocation**: Assist in the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring that resources are available as needed.
- **Monitoring Utilization**: Track and report on resource utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.

**3. Documentation and Reporting**
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and other relevant documents.
- **Status Reporting**: Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.

**4. Communication and Coordination**
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure clear and consistent information flow.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes and action items.

**5. Risk and Issue Management**
- **Tracking Risks**: Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, working with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- **Issue Resolution**: Assist in resolving project issues by coordinating with relevant team members and stakeholders.

**6. Quality Assurance**
- **Adherence to Standards**: Ensure that project activities comply with organizational standards and best practices.
- **Quality Monitoring**: Assist in monitoring project deliverables for quality and consistency with project requirements.

**7. Administrative Support**
- **Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support to the project team and managing correspondence.
- **Tools and Systems Management**: Maintain project management tools and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the project team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
