**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution activities
- Maintain and track project documentation, schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document minutes
- Identify project issues and escalate as needed
- Monitor project progress and handle administrative tasks to support the project manager
- Ensure timely completion of projects according to scope and timeline

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- **0-2 years** of experience in a Project Coordinator position
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with IT/software development processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Project coordination: 2 years (preferred)
- IT project management: 2 years (preferred)
- Project tools: 2 years (preferred)
- Project Handling : 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
