**Job Title**: Service Coordinator

**Location**: Faridabad

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pending Payment Follow-Up** - Proactively manage follow-ups for pending payments, ensuring timely resolution and accurate financial tracking.
- **Feedback Calling** - Conduct customer feedback calls post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather insights for service improvement.
- **Installation Coordination** - Manage and coordinate installation schedules after receiving new instruments, ensuring smooth execution and customer readiness.
- **PI Follow-Up** - Monitor and follow up on Proforma Invoices (PI) for spares, visit charges, and service charges to maintain financial accuracy and reduce outstanding dues.
- **Customer Communication** - Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and service-related issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation & Reporting** - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and payment statuses for accurate tracking and reporting.
