**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tele calling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless flow of information and efficient communication.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide product information, pricing, and other details to customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in the creation of sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Monitor and track sales activities and follow up on pending tasks.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the sales team based on market insights and customer feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in tele calling or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in tele calling, sales coordination, or customer support is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹11,554.48 - ₹30,977.21 per month
