Job Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Faridabad

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pending Payment Follow-Up – Proactively manage follow-ups for pending payments, ensuring timely resolution and accurate financial tracking.
  • Feedback Calling – Conduct customer feedback calls post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather insights for service improvement.
  • Installation Coordination – Manage and coordinate installation schedules after receiving new instruments, ensuring smooth execution and customer readiness.
  • PI Follow-Up – Monitor and follow up on Proforma Invoices (PI) for spares, visit charges, and service charges to maintain financial accuracy and reduce outstanding dues.
  • Customer Communication – Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and service-related issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and payment statuses for accurate tracking and reporting.
