Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage client quotations accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with sales team and internal departments for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain and update customer database and records.
  • Track sales orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and performance updates.
  • Handle client communication and provide necessary support.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
