**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels to identify potential clients interested in insurance products.

2. Conduct comprehensive insurance needs analysis for clients to assess their coverage requirements and financial goals.

3. Educate clients on various insurance policies, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance, to help them make informed decisions.

4. Customize insurance solutions to meet the specific needs and budgets of individual clients.

5. Present and explain insurance policy options, coverage details, and premium rates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

7. Follow up with clients to provide policy updates, address inquiries, and facilitate claims processing when necessary.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales or advisory roles.

3. Proven track record of success in generating revenue and meeting sales targets.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in an independent sales role.

6. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively to achieve monthly revenue goals.

7. Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹41,261.51 - ₹89,826.83 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Yearly bonus
