**Position Title: Telecaller**

**Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.**

**Salary: 15K to 20K per month**

**Experience: 6 months - 1 years**

**Gender: Male & Female**

**Responsibilities -**
- **Outbound Calls**: Contact potential customers to introduce and promote solar energy solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through calling, mailing and follow-up communications.
- **Customer Education**: Inform customers about the benefits of solar energy.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Set up consultations for the sales team with interested prospects.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.

**Requirements and skills-**
- **Education & Experience**: High school diploma or equivalent; prior telecalling or sales experience, especially in the solar or renewable energy sector, is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively engage and educate customers.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into sales.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with telecommunication systems, CRM software, and basic understanding of solar energy concepts.
- **Customer Focus**: Empathetic and patient approach to addressing customer needs and maintaining positive relationships.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
