We are looking for a reliable and efficient Field Boy to support our team in performing various field duties. As a Field Boy, you will be responsible for assisting with delivery, document collection, errands, and other tasks that require mobility across the city.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery and Pickup**:

- Deliver documents, packages, or goods to clients within the designated locations in Gurugram or nearby areas.
- Pickup packages, documents, or goods from vendors, suppliers, or clients.
- **Errand Running**:

- Handle various tasks such as banking, post office visits, or purchasing items for the company.
- Assist the team with any operational tasks that require external visits.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for deliveries and pickups.
- Report any delays, issues, or changes in schedules.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Occasionally interact with customers, ensuring they receive their deliveries on time and in good condition.
- **Vehicle Handling**:

- Responsible for driving a two-wheeler or car to ensure timely deliveries and pickups (if applicable).
- Ensure that the vehicle is maintained and fueled.
- **Supporting Office Staff**:

- Help office staff with tasks that require physical presence outside the office.
- Support in setting up meetings or assisting senior staff with outdoor activities.
- **Maintaining Records**:

- Maintain a logbook or digital records of tasks completed during the day.
- Ensure records are updated for tracking deliveries and pickups.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Perform any other field-related work as required by the management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of the local area (Gurugram, Delhi NCR).
- Valid driver's license (if required for driving).
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of how to handle packages and documents with care.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Familiarity with mobile apps or basic digital tools for tracking deliveries.
- Knowledge of Hindi and/or English for easy communication.
