We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing Sales team as Sales Field Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls/ Field Visits for generate new sales leads. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads form field/calling
- Present product and service information in a clear and concise manner
- Answer questions and address customer concerns
- Overcome objections and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of [High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collection and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
