**CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER**

**Job description**

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Customer Officer to provide the necessary support to the field sales team & the person will be developing and maintaining strong relationship with our existing and upcoming customers. Their primary objective will be to onboard the customers by coordinating with the sales team. Also, they will be involved in understanding the customers challenges, address their concerns, and ensure their overall success with our products and services. By acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams, the officer will work collaboratively to resolve technical, clinical, and marketing-related issues, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and retention.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Identify customer challenges proactively engage with customers to identify any technical, clinical, or marketing issues they may be facing. Actively listen to their concerns to ensure a thorough understanding of their challenges.
- Problem-solving and coordination **, **collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support, clinical team, and marketing, to develop effective solutions and strategies for addressing customer challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating efforts across departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Customer feedback and advocacy and act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback, and insights to drive product enhancements and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales - experience as a sales coordinator / Customer support role of any kind or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication

**Employment type - **Full Time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
