Coordinating with other departments: A CRM should work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that customer needs are being met across all touchpoints.

Managing CRM software: A CRM should be proficient in using CRM software to manage customer data, track customer interactions, and analyze customer behavior.

Reporting and monitoring: A CRM should be able to create reports and dashboards that provide insights into customer behavior and performance metrics. They should also be able to monitor the effectiveness of customer strategies and make adjustments as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
