Opening with a Real estate company.

**Position: CRM Executive**

**Location: Mumbai (Thane)**

**CTC: Rs. 30k to 35k**

**Qualification: Graduate**
- Shall be able to execute welcome mails and calls to new clients.
- Coordination with bankers for loan sanction and disbursement.
- Preparing all receipts and finalizing the draft agreement.
- Co-ordination for Registration Process with client and Registration Office.
- Sending demand letters as per slab and taking follow up for payment.
- Stage wise recovery of the sold unit.
- Maintaining customer’s records by updating account information in the system.
- Keeping record of customer details, payment, inquiries, complaints, comments as well as action taken.
- Keeping record of customer interaction.
- Handing over the possession.
- Handling each and every post sales activity.
- Should have good communication skills
- Good in handling customer and end to end post sales experience.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
