**Job Title: Customer Support Representative**

As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalating complex inquiries or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participating in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
