**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction & Support**:

- Assist customers with **order placements, returns, exchanges, and tracking updates**.
- Provide **product recommendations and styling assistance** to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain **a polite and professional demeanor** while handling customer concerns.

**Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling**:

- Address and resolve **customer complaints, refund requests, and damaged product claims** efficiently.
- Coordinate with the **logistics and warehouse teams** for timely deliveries and returns.
- Ensure **quick turnaround time** for issue resolution while keeping customer satisfaction as a priority.

**Order Management & Follow-ups**:

- Keep track of **pending orders, cancellations, and replacements**.
- Follow up with customers regarding their concerns and ensure timely updates.
- Gather feedback and escalate **repetitive issues** to the relevant teams for improvement.

**Database Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain an organized record of **customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions**.
- Share regular reports with the team to improve customer service strategies.
- Identify common concerns and provide insights for process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **1+ year** of experience in Customer Support, preferably in **fashion, e-commerce, or retail**.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi** (written and verbal).
- **Patience and problem-solving skills** to handle difficult customers.
- Proficiency in using **CRM tools, Excel, and customer support platforms**.
- Ability to **multitask and work under pressure** while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in handling **social media queries** is a plus.
