MyScaai Bharat Construction is a leading construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects and exceptional service. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Construction Sales Representative to join our team in Indore.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
2**. Client Management**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
3. **Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate client requirements and expectations to the project team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
4. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
- Update CRM systems with relevant client and project information.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Weekend only
Shift:
- Day shift
