Sales Representative (Road Safety Products)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales of our road safety products across major infrastructure and government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with highway consultants, engineers, project managers, and construction companies.
  • Liaise with government and institutional clients such as NHAI, MPRDC, PWD, and Smart City Projects.
  • Generate new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular visits to project sites, offices, and institutions to ensure visibility and continuous engagement.
  • Provide feedback from clients to management for product and service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (preferably in Business/Engineering) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in infrastructure / road safety / construction materials sales will be an advantage.
  • Willing to travel extensively across assigned regions.
  • Must be hardworking, disciplined, and goal-driven.
  • Should be presentable , with confidence to interact with senior officials.
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for daily commuting and client visits.
