**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential clients.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support.
- Conduct regular site visits to track project requirements.
- Maintain sales records and submit reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- 2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, lighting, tiles, paints, steel, cement, or other building material industries.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, and builders is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel across the assigned territory.

**Education**
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
