**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting educational products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor team members (for TL and Manager roles).

**Qualifications**:

- 1-5 years of sales experience (depending on the role).
- Experience in the **educational industry** is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of **target-based working**.
- Leadership experience for Team Leader and Manager roles.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong team management skills (for TL and Manager).
