**Job Title: E-commerce Account Executive**

**Job Location: Santacruz (W), Mumbai**

**Experience Required: 1+years**
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including **processing Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices, and related documentation.**

2. Handle **E-commerce platform operations** (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Shopify, etc.), ensuring smooth coordination with accounts and operations teams.

3. **Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, and other transactions** across multiple e commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in accounting records.

4. Manage **payment gateways** and ensure timely collection, reconciliation, and settlement of payments.

5. Track, monitor, and report on **marketplace fees, deductions, chargebacks, and other financial adjustments.**

6. Knowledge of **GST, TDS, and compliance requirements**related to e-commerce transactions.**Required Skills**:
1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Advance Excel).

2. Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Tata, Shopify, Shiprocket, Razorpay and Simpl) and their financial operations.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Minimum 1+years of relevant experience in **E-commerce Accounting.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
