We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with extensive hands-on experience across diverse e-commerce marketplaces who is passionate about driving sales growth and providing end-to-end account management for our clients.

As an E-Commerce Executive at Netchqs Solutions, you will be instrumental in guiding brand manufacturers from initial onboarding to sustained sales growth across their chosen online platforms. You will leverage your expertise to optimize their presence, manage operations, and implement strategies that deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seller Onboarding & Setup:
  • Guide new brand manufacturers through the complete seller registration and onboarding process on Amazon India, Amazon Global, Flipkart, Meesho, eBay, Etsy, Myntra, and Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
  • Ensure all necessary documentation, GST, and compliance requirements are met for seamless account activation.
  • Assist with brand registry and category approvals across platforms.
  • Account Management & Operations:
  • Oversee daily operations for multiple client accounts across all designated marketplaces.
  • Manage inventory levels, order processing, and logistics coordination (FBA, FBF, Self-Ship, etc.).
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure strict adherence to marketplace policies to prevent issues.
  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns efficiently to maintain high seller ratings.
  • Product Listing & Optimization:
  • Create, optimize, and manage high-quality product listings with compelling content, accurate specifications, and engaging visuals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO best practices for marketplace visibility.
  • Develop and implement enhanced brand content (e.g., Amazon A+ Content, Brand Storefronts) to improve brand storytelling and conversion rates.
  • Sales Growth & Advertising:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products/Brands, Display Ads) on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms to drive traffic and sales.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and refine pricing.
  • Implement promotional activities, deals, and coupons to boost sales and achieve targets.
  • Proactively identify and implement strategies for sales acceleration and market share expansion.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, advertising ROI, account health, and other key metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.
  • Marketplace Expertise:
  • Stay continuously updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, policy updates, and best practices across all managed e-commerce platforms.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • [Specify number, e.g., 3-5] years of hands-on, proven experience in managing seller accounts on major e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Flipkart (Seller Hub, FBF, Ads, Smart Fulfillment)
  • Meesho (Seller Panel, Cataloging, Ads)
  • eBay (Seller Hub, Listings, International Shipping)
  • Etsy (Shop Management, Listings, SEO)
  • Myntra (Brand Portal, Listings, Promotions)
  • Government e-Marketplace (GeM) (Vendor Registration, Bid Participation, Order Management)
  • Well-versed with A+ Content and Storefront design/optimization.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, marketplace algorithms, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Seller Central Reports, Flipkart Analytics) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is essential; proficiency in regional Indian languages is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and a proven track record of driving sales growth for clients.
