Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Perform dimensional and visual inspections of plastic injection molded parts using measurement tools and visual inspection techniques. Monitor and record process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time to identify any deviations and take corrective actions as necessary. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control data. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and protocols. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in quality control or related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a plastic injection molding or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze defects or imperfections in molded parts. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently with mínimal supervision.
