Technology Design Expert, Ham

**Main responsibilities**
- Overall monitoring of the stock and process and work with partners in managing the right stock level.
- Validate data between all systems of record and the asset management tool
- Prepare and distribute pre-defined and ad-hoc reports; identify and recommend hardware for potential replacement or upgrades.
- Support creating Stock flow reporting
- Identify and report potential issues with the asset tracking tool and supporting systems. Develop and maintain Hardware Asset Management program and process documentation.
- Assist in budgeting for hardware purchases and maintenance.
- Generate reports on hardware asset status, usage, and lifecycle.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of hardware assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring optimal use and compliance with company policies
- Develop and implement end-user forms for ticket submission and support requests.
- Define and document processes for printing services, ensuring alignment with service management goals.
- Coordinate with support teams for solution implementation and project execution.
- Prepare and communicate project timelines, agendas, and user communication for all printing service projects.
- Engage in technical discussions to troubleshoot and resolve printing-related issues.
- Oversee license management, ensuring that all licenses are up-to-date and properly managed.
- Maintain knowledge of support contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy for all related activities.
- Prepare and present reports on ticket resolution, service levels, and project progress.

**Requirements for the role**
- Min 3 year’s experience in managing Hardware Assets and Printing solutions
- Strong technical understanding of printing services, configurations, and print job flows.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and the ability to generate accurate reports.
- Experience on license management and support contract.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing end-user documentation and project updates.
- Project management skills to organize and execute initiatives with clear timelines and outcomes.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Analytical mindset to monitor and improve processes through data-driven decisions.
- Excellent team player, able to take/give feedback directly and improve ways of working & collaboration towards positive direction
- Deeply interested in automation solution technology, have interested in understanding how technology can help KONE business in productivity gain and efficiency improvement
- Expert, deep level technical and governance knowledge of HAM processes and tools
- Excellent technical knowledge of Asset Management technologies and best practices/frameworks
- Excellent analytical and data handling skills
