We are now looking for **Configuration Owner, O365**

This role is for a passionate senior expert, responsible for the technical design, configuration and change management of KONE’s global O365 environment and associated technologies; working closely with the O365 Platform Owner and related solution teams, to ensure the optimal configuration for KONE is achieved and maintained.

The position is based in Chennai.

**Main responsibilities**
- Owns and is responsible for the configuration of KONE’s O365 platform and associated technologies (e.g. Exchange on-prem)
- Ensures configuration guidelines, templates and documentation are created, updated and maintained
- Controls that all changes are recorded, and that change management process is followed including documentation process as per guidance from release manager
- Guide external parties in implementing related technical solutions
- Work closely with related IT solution, development and operations teams
- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining the technical health of the system, including participation in problem management
- Responsible for understanding new O365 features and the adoption and implementation plan for KONE, including related testing and communication
- Responsible to achieve and maintain O365 security, together with the cybersecurity team and the platform owner
- Define and own the O365 platform access management
- Responsible for O365 license compliance and optimal license usage
- Active participant in the KONE communities, such as configuration owner community, proactively learn the best practice and bring shared value/experience to wider group
- Support the development and improvement of related processes and practices

**Requirements for the role**
- Degree or equivalent
- Fast and passionate about learning, having a ”can do” attitude
- Professional experience 10 years, with minimum 5 years in O365 suite administration in cloud and on-prem, in a large-scale environment
- Senior expert knowledge level of Microsoft O365 and related technologies
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience of Office 365 design and deployment best practices including integration opportunities
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, in English
- Strong documentation skills, with focus on accuracy and quality
- Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving capability
- Proven ability to succeed in diverse globally distributed matrix organizations
- Experienced in working and collaboratingg with global IT partners
- Demonstrated track record of clear achievements from previous positions held
