Key Requirement for the Position
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Design and architect end-to-end M365 solutions covering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Viva.
Plan and implement hybrid identity solutions using AD, Azure AD, AD Connect, and ADFS.
Align M365 E5 security & compliance features (Defender suite, Purview, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery) with organizational governance and compliance requirements.
Implementation & Migration
Lead migrations from legacy messaging and collaboration platforms to M365.
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) strategies.
Configure and integrate Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Operations & Optimization
Define operational governance, monitoring, and optimization strategies for M365 E5 workloads.
Troubleshoot complex authentication, federation, and directory synchronization issues.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning for identity services.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with security, network, and application teams to ensure seamless M365 integration.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Expertise:
Microsoft 365 E5 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva).
Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Endpoint.
Microsoft Purview Compliance Suite (Information Protection, DLP, eDiscovery).
Identity & Access:
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) design & administration.
Azure AD, AD Connect (sync, filtering, hybrid scenarios).
ADFS (claims-based authentication, SSO, certificate management).
Security & Governance:
Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Protection.
Security & Compliance policy configuration aligned to regulatory standards.
Migration Tools:
Native Microsoft migration tools, third-party tools like Quest, BitTitan (advantage).
