**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - International Telecom and Banking Process

**Shift Timing**: Full US Shift

**Working Days**: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs

**Salary Range**: ₹7.5 - 8 LPA

**Qualifications Required**:

- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international BPO
- Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an international BPO

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer support for international telecom and banking clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

**Requirements**:

- Strictly from an international BPO background
- Relevant documents in place
- No gaps in resume
- Must be based in Mumbai
