**Customer Service Executive - International BPO (Multiple Processes)**

We are hiring for the position of **Customer Service Executive** for a reputed International BPO. This opportunity is open for **immediate joiners** interested in building a career across various domains including **Banking, Telecom, Finance, Airlines, E-commerce, and more**.
- **Job Title**: Customer Service Executive - International BPO
- **Location**: Mumbai
- **Work Mode**: Work from Office
- **Employment Type**: Full-time

**Shifts**: Rotational (Any 9 hours)
- US Shift: 05:30 PM - 10:30 AM
- UK Shift: 11:30 AM - 03:00 AM
- Australia Shift: 03:00 PM - 03:00 AM
- **Salary**: Up to 35,000, depending on your last drawn + Incentives
- **Joining**: Immediate joiners preferred

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with queries and service requests related to telecom, banking, airline bookings, or online shopping
- Provide accurate information while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
- Maintain detailed records of each interaction
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work in night/rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
