- Handle inbound customer calls in professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide accurate information
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.

- Education: HSC or Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Adility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

- 5 days working and 2 rotational week offs
