**Job description **

**EPF details required**:

- Adequate knowledge for withdrawal and transfer process, Joint declaration process, employee queries resolution with respect to PF, generation of ECR and payment process.
- **UAN number generation**, checking of the required information and the data for linking the UAN and also generation of UAN number wherever required.
- **Joint declaration forms** ;Adequate knowledge on JD process and its requirement as per SOP and guiding employee on preparation of JD, queries resolution and further liasioning with the PF authority.
- Verification of pay register for mapping employees to UAN generation of ECR and challan generation.

**ESIC**:
ESIC number generation, verification of Pay register of mapping wages etc

ESIC Challan preparation

Co-ordination with branches and HR /CS team, ESIC authorities regarding queries, liasioning with the ESI authority on death claims ,claims settlements etc.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office specifically excel.
- Should have good data analytically skill for preparing documents and data for PF & ESI inspection and other audits queries.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal to have meaning full communication with employees and other stake holder.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
