Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory
- requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation and presentations.
- Support the onboarding of new associates by providing necessary historical documents, facilitating a seamless transition through easy access to essential information. Compliance requirements and issues.
- Manage all employees and business process compliance activity for the entire company.
- **Analyze all in-force contracts to make sure that each client is getting what they paid for.**:

- Collaborate with the management team to make sure that the entire company is aware of
- Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met.
- Work closely with department managers to review all departmental policies for compliance

Qualification Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Relevant experience of 1 year into compliance.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical skills, industry knowledge, collaboration skills, adaptability and quick learner.
