At EZ, we are hiring for Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

**Following are the responsibilities**:

- Manage company social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva, Photoshop, and other AI tools.
- Assist in developing social media content calendars and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and provide insights.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
