The **Executive Assistant** will support daily administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle communications. This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle internal and external communications.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Provide support for special projects and tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
