**Urgent Requirement for the post of Compliance Officer**

** Exp - 2 Years**

** Location: Goregaon Mumbai**

**Education - Commerce graduates doing compliance related work**

**1. Knowledge of compliances applicable for the BFSI sector (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, PFRDA) Analyze, prepare the gist and implications of regulatory communication and broadcast it Prepare a compliance checklist (both, on-going as well as reporting) related to the regulatory communication**

2. Develop, implement, and maintain a compliance program that aligns with local, state, federal, and industry regulations.

3. Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the company maintains compliance.

4. Conduct regular compliance audits, internal reviews, and assessments, ensuring adherence to all established policies and procedures.

5. Provide training to employees on compliance-related topics, policies, or regulations.

6. Draft and review compliance-related documentation, including company policies, contracts, and procedures.

7. Act as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and collaborate with different departments to address and mitigate risks.

8. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

9. Oversee reporting channels for compliance-related concerns, investigations, or breaches, maintaining confidentiality and follow-up as appropriate.

10. Liaise with external regulators and legal entities, managing the submission of necessary documents and ensuring the company remains in good standing.

11. Develop and maintain accurate records for compliance reports, incidents, and resolutions.

12. Certification in Compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, CAMS) is an asset.
